Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. During sale periods or high-demand launches, processing may occasionally take longer — we will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Costs

Delivery Timeframes

We currently ship within Australia only. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Metro areas: 3–7 business days
Regional and remote areas: 5–12 business days
